Setup Instructions
Configure your MCP client to connect to Lots Team

Add this configuration to your Cursor settings:

Steps:

  1. Open Cursor Settings (Cmd/Ctrl + ,)
  2. Search for "MCP Servers"
  3. Click "Edit in settings.json"
  4. Add the configuration above
  5. Restart Cursor
  6. Cursor will automatically discover OAuth endpoints and handle authentication
Authentication
This server implements OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for secure authentication
OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256)

Most modern MCP clients will automatically discover and handle the OAuth flow. The server uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256) for secure authentication.

How it works:

  1. Clients automatically discover OAuth endpoints
  2. Users are redirected to authenticate via browser
  3. Authorization code is exchanged for access token
  4. Bearer token is used for all MCP requests

Publish Changelog
Publish a changelog entry so it shows on the public portal. Set notify_requesters to true to also email the people whose posts are linked to its task, once; ask the person first. The result says how many were emailed in requesters_notified.
Reply To Contact Message
Reply on a support thread. The reply is stored on the conversation and emailed to the person who wrote in. Show the person the draft and send only after they approve it.

Update a changelog draft. Send changelog_id and only the fields that should change.
